Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using SellMyID.com. These terms govern your use of the platform as a visitor, registered user, buyer, or seller.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SellMyID.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. We may update these terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use SellMyID.com. By registering, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Listing Rules
All listings must be accurate, lawful, and created in good faith. You must own or have authority to sell the listed item. Listings must not contain false information, stolen goods, prohibited items (see Section 5), or spam. We reserve the right to remove any listing at our discretion without notice.
5. Prohibited Items & Activities
The following are strictly prohibited on SellMyID.com: (a) Weapons, firearms, ammunition, or explosives; (b) Illegal drugs or controlled substances; (c) Counterfeit or stolen goods; (d) Live animals (except from licensed breeders with documentation); (e) Human organs or body parts; (f) Pornographic or sexually explicit material; (g) Multi-level marketing or pyramid schemes; (h) Financial services without regulatory authorization; (i) Any item or activity that violates applicable Indian law.
6. Transactions
SellMyID.com is a classifieds platform and does not participate in transactions between buyers and sellers. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or delivery of listed items. All transactions are solely between the buyer and the seller. Use caution and follow our Safety Tips when meeting unknown parties.
7. Fees
Basic listing on SellMyID.com is free. We may offer premium features (featured listings, top ads, extended visibility) for a fee. All paid services will be clearly described before purchase. Fees paid are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
8. Intellectual Property
By posting content (listings, images, descriptions) on SellMyID.com, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content on the platform. You retain ownership of your content. You must not post content that infringes any third-party copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time through account settings or by contacting support. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior to termination.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SellMyID.com and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, transactions conducted through the platform, or any unauthorized access to your account.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
